Guestreel is a digital platform. By purchasing access, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds
- All purchases are final;
- No refunds for unused services or change of mind.
2. Service Issues
If a technical failure prevents proper use of the Service, contact us within 3 days. We will:
- Investigate the issue;
- Offer a refund or credit only at our discretion.
3. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated:
- Your account and all media will be immediately deleted;
- No data will be recoverable;
- We will not reinstate access.
