Welcome to GuestReel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and GuestReel Ltd (“GuestReel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and govern your use of our platform, website, and services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using any part of GuestReel, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Service Description

GuestReel provides a digital platform that enables event organisers (“Organisers”) to collect photos and videos (“Media”) from event attendees (“Guests”) via QR code, link, or direct upload, and allows the Organiser to download all media content associated with their event.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GuestReel. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age;

• You are using the Service for a legitimate event purpose;

• You have the authority to agree to these Terms;

• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;

• Using the Service for commercial purposes unrelated to events (e.g., mass data collection, content scraping, influencer campaigns, pornography);

• Exploiting bugs, reverse-engineering, or bypassing technical restrictions;

• Using the Service for non-event-related media hosting or archiving;

• Sharing your account access or using shared accounts across unauthorised users.

We reserve the absolute right to investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate access and delete data at our sole discretion, with or without notice. GuestReel is under no obligation to provide an explanation or justification for such actions.

4. Fair Use Policy

“Unlimited” plans are subject to Fair Use, which is strictly interpreted and solely determined by GuestReel. You agree that:

• Your usage must reflect the nature of genuine event media collection;

• Excessive uploads, automated submission, non-event material, or large volumes of unrelated content may constitute abuse;

• Fair Use violations may result in suspension, throttling, or immediate termination.

We are the sole authority on determining what constitutes Fair Use and reserve the right to adjust or withdraw your access without refund.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to disable or delete your account and associated data immediately and without refund for any of the following:

• Breach of these Terms;

• Violation of Acceptable Use or Fair Use;

• Suspicion of fraud, abuse, or exploitation of the platform;

• Initiation of chargebacks or payment disputes;

• Any conduct we determine to be harmful to GuestReel, our users, or the public.

Terminated accounts lose all access to stored content, and media may be permanently deleted without warning.

6. Data Integrity & Retention

While we take regular backups and employ industry-standard data safeguards:

• We do not guarantee that user data, including media files, will be stored or retrievable indefinitely.

• Organisers are responsible for downloading and storing their own media in a timely manner.

• Guest uploads may be deleted at our discretion after a set retention period or upon account closure.

We assume no responsibility for accidental data loss, corruption, or deletion.

7. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

All fees are displayed at the point of sale and are charged upfront. By purchasing, you agree:

• You are paying for digital access to a platform and not a tangible product.

• All sales are final and non-refundable, except in rare cases determined solely by GuestReel.

• In the event of a technical error (e.g. downtime, upload failure), we will investigate and may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis only.

Chargebacks will result in the immediate deletion of your account and all stored media. No appeals or reversals will be entertained.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. GuestReel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose;

• Non-infringement;

• Accuracy or reliability of media uploads/downloads;

• Continuous availability or uptime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestReel shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential damages;

• Loss of profit, data, or reputation;

• Failure of guests to upload media;

• Abuse or misuse of the Service by others.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue its use.
